Dapper Koala Buster Moon presides over a once-grand theater that has fallen on hard times. An eternal optimist, and a bit of a scoundrel, he loves his theater above all and will do anything to preserve it. Facing the crumbling of his life's ambition, he takes one final chance to restore his fading jewel to its former glory by producing the world's greatest singing competition. Five contestants emerge: a mouse, a timid elephant, a pig, a gorilla and a punk-rock porcupine.

I've been talking about this movie since day 1 the movie trailer was released. I keep saying that I MUST watch this! Don't care about the content or plot of the it just look at the title, "SING", that's enough, isn't?

A must watch for those who loves to sing! Don't be afraid to pursue your dream, dream big, you can do it someday!

Another musical genre type, so in love with it. How I wish I were one of them, get to the audition and get a chance to perform in a theater. One of my dreams is to perform in the Broadway theater!

8/10 for this! Sing!

The Secret Life Of Pets

Max is a spoiled terrier who enjoys a comfortable life in a New York building until his owner adopts Duke, a giant and unruly canine. During their walk outside, they encounter a group of ferocious alley cats and wind up in a truck that's bound for the pound. Luckily, a rebellious bunny named Snowball swoops in to save the doggy duo from captivity. In exchange, Snowball demands that Max and Duke join his gang of abandoned pets on a mission against the humans who've done them wrong.

Pets maybe are real crazy when their owners are not at home. These pets are just so cute! Surprisingly, my favourite pet in the movie not Max but Norman the guinea pig! He's so cute, dumb and has short memories. 

I would rate this for 8/10!

Life always seems complicated for good ol' Charlie Brown, the boy who always tries his best against seemingly impossible odds. When the Little Red-Haired Girl moves into his neighborhood, Charlie Brown develops a crush on her. Meanwhile, his best friend Snoopy embarks on an epic adventure in a fantasy world. As a World War I flying ace, the lovable beagle pursues his nemesis, the Red Baron, while also trying to win the heart of a beautiful poodle named Fifi.

This movie was so cute from head to toe, from the beginning till the end! 

7/10!

Supermarket Flowers - Ed Sheeran // Cover by Phyllis Lim

Another Ed Sheeran's song because his brand new album "÷" is so so good! Lit!

One of my favourite songs in his album, beautiful melody, beautiful lyrics, so touching and warm. "Supermarket Flowers" is Ed's tribute to his late grandmother, using the metaphor of an angelic persona, the lyrics focus on the positive aspects and impact left behind by one who is now deceased.

This song is for all the people who had lost someone. To all the people I know who'd gone, I do miss you a lot.

A real emotional one this time but still hope you like my version.

Let's Fight Ghost 打架吧鬼神 싸우자 귀신아

Not a fan of horror dramas or movies but decided to give this a shot 'cause was recommended by everyone and is Taec Yeon so I decided to be brave for just 16 episodes and I did it!

Ok Taec Yeon as Park Bong Pal, an adopted son of an exorcist, he can see and interact with ghosts, who he beats up into leaving their haunts. Due to his ability he grew up avoiding people and was always a loner before he met and fall in love with Hyun Ji. I'm so happy to see Taec Yeon as a leading role in this drama, whenever those ghosts suddenly appeared in scenes, you just feel so safe when you saw Taec Yeon on screen! Looking forward for another drama or movie from Taec Yeon as leading role but not this kind of horror, please, really not a fan of this genre.

Kim So Hyun as Kim Hyun Ji, a middle high school student, since a car accident when she was aged 19, has roamed the earth for five years as a wandering spirit. With no memory of her past she is unable to move on. Discovering that Bong Pal may hold the secret of her past, she moves in with him and becomes his ghost fighting partner. She can see how ghosts were killed, allowing her to help Bong-pal in dispelling them. Living and fighting, together and against each other, she falls in love with Bong Pal. She was so cute in this role! And with all those eating scenes in the drama will definitely boost up your appetite! Looking forward for the new drama from So Hyun on this coming May!

Kang Ki Young as Choi Cheon Sang, a 3rd year Physical Education student and the president of the university ghost hunting club "Ghost Net". Lee David as Kim In Rang, a 3rd year Computer and Information Science student and the vice-president of "Ghost Net". I've never been so like supporting roles before but whenever these two came out on the screen, you'll forgot all those scary scenes and started to found out it's funny! Well done, guys!

Kim Sang Ho as monk Myung Cheol, a Buddhist monk, he has been Bong Pal's spiritual protector since childhood, and was responsible for casting out the spirit that had tried to possess him. Feel so touched that monk Myung Cheol was always there for Bong Pal. He'd told Bong Pal that everyone has something they fear. But you have to face the fears and overcome them. He'd told Bong Pal that he doesn't have to do it alone, and that he would be with him always. When he nearly dies on the finale, I was so worried, but fortunately monk Myung Cheol was doing good till the end.

My favourite OST from the drama is "I Can Only See You 너만 보여" by Ryu Ji Hyun 류지현 & Kim Min Ji 김민지, sweet and cute melody.

My recent jam for sure, the song is so motivational yet so cool.

"Rockabye" is a song about all of the single and struggling mothers in the world, how single mothers bear hardships to raise their children and give them the best possible life. The classic nursery rhyme/lullaby, "Rock-a-bye Baby", that's what every mothers sing for the children.

For me this song is not just for the single mothers but all the mothers in the world, moms always give us their best, moms always know the best.

I always like Sean Paul's rap but I decided to take the no rap radio edit version. Hope you like my version as well!

Beauty and The Beast - Disney "Beauty and The Beast" // Cover by Phyllis Lim

Since Disney is going to release a live action adaptation of "Beauty and The Beast", so why not have a cover of the theme song? 

"Beauty and The Beast" is my all time favourite Disney movie, Belle is definitely my favourite Disney princess. Finally, they are coming to the big screen!

The brand new version of the theme song are sung by John Legend and Ariana Grande, but for me, no one can beat the original version which is sung by Peabo Bryson and Céline Dion.

I swear that this song was so hard to sing but still hope you like my version, a combination of the old and new versions. Be our guest, let's break the spell and believe in true love again!

"Something Just Like This" is a song about a relationship that doesn't need to be superhumanly perfect. 

"Where'd you wanna go? How much you wanna risk? I'm not looking for somebody with some superhuman gifts, some superhero, some fairy tale bliss, just something I can turn to, somebody I can kiss, I want something just like this.". That simple.

Castle On The Hill - Ed Sheeran // Cover by Phyllis Lim

After like ages I've been hesitated for so long, finally my first YouTube video is out!

"Castle On The Hill", a love song for the English countryside town of Framlingham, Suffolk. I did miss the place, not where I grew up but a place I'll go back almost every year. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to go back at least two years, hopefully soon! I'm on my way, driving at 90 down those country lanes, I can't wait to go home.  

Words can't really express what my feelings are. Excitements, anxious, nervous, more and more. What a mixed feelings! But I'm really happy for my first try, all the efforts had really paid off! I got so many good feedback and comments!

All the loves and words from all of you, it really did make me feel so touched. I will do it better and better and I will keep doing it until my lungs give out!

I'm seriously overwhelmed with all these loves! Feeling loved with all the love and support! With all these overwhelming loves, I surely can go further! 💪💖
