主打歌《Obsession》是一首充满中毒性，像咒术般不断反复的人声样本和深沉厚重的beat突出的Hip-hop舞曲，歌词以直白的独白形式表达出想要摆脱对自己极度执着的黑暗面的意志，同时收录韩文与中文两种版本。
《Trouble》是结合了Trap、雷鬼等多种曲风要素的舞曲，描绘了深陷于对方且没有出口的爱情；《化身 (Jekyll)》是丰富的声线转换编排令人印象深刻的流行舞曲，以强烈地方式呈现出自己和另一个自我所经历的内心冲突。
《舞 (Groove)》是一首氛围梦幻的舞曲，以“舞”为媒介描绘出仿佛游走于现实和梦想之间，情深意浓的恋人样貌；取样R&B女子三人团体SWV的《You’re The One》并以EXO风格重新诠释的Hip-hop舞曲《Ya Ya Ya》表达出对瞬间展开的爱情充满自信的歌词独具特色。
此外还有描绘出对对方一见钟情的瞬间激动的情感，氛围令人心动的流行舞曲《Baby You Are》；浪漫地描绘出无法停止对彼此的爱恋的舞曲《Non Stop》；描写恋人离开后的思念之情的R&B歌曲《日复一日 (Day After Day)》和传递了充满意义的信息“爱能改变对方的一切“的舞曲《蝴蝶效应 (Butterfly Effect)》共10首歌曲。
My favourite from this album definitely will be "Trouble", them reggae wow!!! Especially the rap parts! LOVE IT! 整张专辑给我的感觉，就是很适合在派对或开车远行的一张超质量专辑，因为偏向R&B和Hip-hop舞曲曲风，而且我反而觉得每一首歌的rap部分比旋律更来得吸引，平常不怎么听rap的我，在这张专辑也体会到了不同的感受。EXO这次又尝试了全新跟以往专辑不一样的曲风，不止见证哥哥们又再一次在音乐里的成长，连我也跟着这张专辑一起成长了。OBSESSION，大发吧！
