The first half of this year felt a little heavy, a little messy, but with God, I know the best is yet to come. Through all the ups and downs, I've found reasons to laugh, to cry, to heal, and to hope again. Thankful for the growth that wasn't always graceful, hope that never gave up on me, and laughter that saved me more times than I can count. Still dreaming, still loving, still full of hope.
Phone calls from grandparents, love and wishes from family and friends — my heart felt so full, I actually teared up. Not tears of sadness, but the kind that come when your heart is overflowing.
The kind that whisper:
One day, all the good things will come.
To heal what broke.
To fill what was empty.
To remind you that you’re worthy — always were.
God, I know somewhere out there, there's someone who’ll love me unconditionally, right?
Maybe not now, maybe not soon — but someday. ❤️
